I, the client, understand that I am agreeing to the payment plan between myself and WESTERN SLOPE ROOFING INC.

 

All balances must be paid within this time frame listed.

​All unpaid balances AFTER CONTRACT COMPLETION DATE will be considered for third party collections. Contracts are for 18 months. Contract completion date is 18 months from the date of this agreement.
 

I further understand that if claims are still pending with insurance at this time that balances are still due by due date regardless of insurance processing.

WSR DOES ACCEPT CREDIT CARD WITH A 3% FEE.

CASH, CHECK OR ACH ARE ALL ACCEPTED WITH NO FEE.

The grace period is 10 days.

If monthly payment is not paid by the 11th day, it will be subject to a $10 per day late fee.

No Prepayment Penalty.

If the Debtor pays off the account prior to the Due Date, then there shall be no prepayment penalty of any kind.

There is a 25% interest rate on all payment plans through Western Slope Roofing.  

Any questions or concerns that I may have had concerning this agreement were answered or discussed.
